To commemorate three decades of advocacy and service, the South Carolina Commission for Minority Affairs hosted its 30th Anniversary Gala in 2023. I was commissioned to design the official event booklet, a keepsake publication that celebrated the Commission’s history, milestones, and ongoing impact across the state.
The design balances formal elegance with cultural richness, incorporating archival photos, timelines, and program highlights in a cohesive layout. Attention was given to typography, color palette, and branding to reflect the significance of the occasion while ensuring readability and visual appeal across both print and digital formats.
