This internal training guide was developed to equip staff at the South Carolina Commission for Minority Affairs with practical skills in film and video production. Created specifically for internal communications, the guide covers key production phases—including pre-production planning, camera operation, lighting, sound, on-set protocols, and post-production editing.
As the visual media designer, I was responsible for crafting a visually engaging, easy-to-follow resource that supports both hands-on learning and quick reference. The full-length guide was complemented by a condensed PowerPoint version, designed for workshop presentations and streamlined team training sessions.
Both formats align with the Commission’s branding and communication goals, offering a flexible, scalable approach to internal content creation.
